The website was founded by Alex with the goal of creating a safe haven for HIV positive people.
After all, it can prove to be a great challenge to find a loved one or buddy who also has HIV. This will make the situation a lot easier.

After some years, Alex passed the responsibility on in the hope that the platform would continue to grow. Alex believed a party with experience in IT and marketing would be able to grow the website further, to improve as well as maintain it. After all, there were quite a number of bugs in the site and its replacement was overdue.

At the end of May 2014 the day was finally there, a new website for HIV plus Dating with the same goal as before.
